Carnelian is a crystal I grab when I need to focus on a refresh & cleanse . That means locking in focus on actions that promote letting things go, focusing more on me, and less on others, and commitment to slowly but surely addressing past hurts that “haunt” me today.

I also to find it to help me tap into a fire within myself that’s strong with passion, and deserves to burn brightly. I like to acknowledge that flame every-so-often, and let it empower me.
